What happens after I choose a plan?
Once you select a package, we schedule an onboarding call to understand your systems, tools, and current workflows. We’ll gather access, define priorities, and begin implementation within the agreed timeline.
For Growth and Full Ops clients, we also establish reporting cadence and operational checkpoints during onboarding.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Yes. As your business grows or your needs change, you can move between plans. We simply adjust your scope and pricing starting the following billing cycle.
Many clients begin with Core and transition to Growth or Full Ops as their team expands.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits (transactions, employees, vendors)?
If you approach your plan limits, we’ll notify you before additional work is performed. You’ll have the option to:

Upgrade to the next tier

Approve additional work at an agreed rate
We never expand scope without your approval.
Do you replace an in-house operations manager?
In many cases, yes — especially with the Full Ops Package.
For smaller teams, we act as your structured back-office department. For scaling teams, we support leadership by handling financial coordination, reporting, and operational oversight.
Is there a long-term contract?
Our services are billed monthly. We recommend at least a 6-month commitment to allow proper implementation and measurable impact, but you are not locked into a long-term contract.
What tools do you work with?
We work with most modern cloud-based systems including accounting platforms, payroll systems, CRM tools, and automation software. During onboarding, we assess your current tech stack and recommend improvements if needed.
(Automation setup is included in the Full Ops package.)
